Do you ship to the US & Canada?

Yes, we can ship any products to either side of the border.

Do you decorate merchandise customers provide?

Yes, we can decorate merchandise provided by the customer. Please note we do not replace any products provided by customers.

Do you require order minimums?

We require a 10 unit minimum.

Do you provide refunds or replacements?

If Steel Stitching provided the garments, we are happy to replace any damaged items reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not provide refunds for any decorated goods.
