Retums of unwanted merchandise must be returned within 30 days in its original condition. These returns must be approved by Steel Stitching Canada and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. The seller shall not be responsible for delayed dellvery or non-delivery in whole or in part due to labour or transportation difficulties or causes which make delivery impractical. The seller shall have the option to deliver the goods covered by this contract in installments or lots.

Payment shall be made with respect to each installment. Delivery of nonconforming goods or a default of any nature in relation in one or more instaliments will not constitute a breach of the contract as a whole. Interest will be charged weekly, at an effective annual rate of 19.63% on all accounts not paid at matunty. If the customer falls to make payment as agreed, the seller may, at the seller's discretion, halt all future shipments, and/or void the contract, and/or seek remedies as permitted by law.

All orders are taken subject to being prorated against our protection. Where terms of the contract F.O.B the place of shipment, the risk of loss passes to the buyer when the goods are delvered to the carrier and all claims for loss or damage in shipment should be processed by the buyer through the carrier.

We do not accept returns on any decorated or personalized merchandise. We are not responsible for items provided by the customer.

Provisions of this contract are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
